Trip Finances

- Payment Details: Pay $200 Application Fee to secure your spot (non-refundable & not tax-deductible). Remaining trip balance is tax-deductible. All trip funds are non-transferable & non-refundable. Full balance due 45 days before departure.

- Payment goal 1: $950 - Due 110 days before travel
- Payment goal 2: $1900 - Due 90 days before travel
- Payment goal 3: $2800 - Due 60 days before travel
- Payment goal 4: $3200 - Due 45 days before travel
- Trip Fee Includes: Round-trip airfare, Housing & meals (on ground at destination), All ground transportation at destination, Required entry visas
- Not Included: Passport & vaccination costs, Airport meals/snacks, Extra drinks, food, or personal purchases and souvenirs.
