Project Vision: We all have a part to play! In foster care, every nonprofit and church plays a unique role—it takes a team. Teri at One Heart runs a donation warehouse that helps resource DCFS with needed materials for children in foster care. She’s a nonprofit of one, doing incredible work with limited help. As the church, we get to come alongside her and fill in the gap—our role is to provide the troops! Through this project, we’ll assist Teri by organizing new donations. It’s a fun and meaningful way to serve while also getting to know others as you work together. If you love organizing, this project is for you!

Serve Day Schedule: 

7:45 AM: Arrive at church for Dream Team check-in + breakfast (T-shirt pick-up if needed)

8:00 AM: Large Group huddle

8:15 AM: Project-specific huddle

8:30 AM: Travel to project 

9:00 AM: Arrive at One Heart
