Blood Drive Instructions:

• Arrive on time for your scheduled time slot (9:00–11:30 AM).
• Bring a valid, unexpired photo ID.
• Drink plenty of water before you arrive.
• Eat a good meal beforehand (do not donate on an empty stomach).

You may NOT donate blood if you:

• Are under 16 (16-year-olds need signed parent/guardian consent).
• Weigh under 110 lbs (16-year-olds must be at least 130 lbs).
• Are pregnant or gave birth within the last 6 weeks.
• Have taken certain medications recently (antibiotics, Accutane, Propecia/Finasteride, etc.).
• Have had recent dental work, tattoos, piercings, vaccinations, or transfusions within the listed timeframes.
• Have certain chronic conditions (heart disease, lung disease, kidney/liver disease, blood disorders, cancer history, etc.).
• Have ever tested positive for HIV, Hepatitis B or C, or have Sickle Cell Disease.
