General trip expectations include: being a member of Church of the King, abiding by the Dream Team honor code, adhering fundraising responsibilities and meeting all deadlines set by the Global Missions Department. Trip specific expectations will be set by the team leader and reviewed during trip meetings.

Yes. All medications must be listed on your application (including dosages and prescription strength). All prescription medications must remain in original prescription bottles during travel and prescription proof may be required for TSA verification during travel. Please note that certain medications (including any CBD products) may not be allowed. You will be personally contacted to discuss if there are concerns. Please contact us with any questions.

After you apply, your application will be reviewed by the Global Missions Department and the trip leader. If needed, a follow up call or meeting may be scheduled to review trip expectations to ensure a team member is a good fit for that specific trip.

We will always work diligently to get immediate medical care for any sick team member, no matter the destination. The team member’s emergency contacts and medical information on the trip application are vital for trip leaders to be informed about the team member’s medical history and situation. Please refer questions to our Global Missions Department and office.

We encourage each and every team member to visit the Center for Disease Control’s website at cdc.gov to review required and recommended vaccinations for the destination. Discuss the vaccinations with your personal doctor.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate using frequent flyer points to help pay for your trip. However, we do ask for Frequent Flyer numbers from team members so that any miles collected from the trip may be added to your account.

1. Online through direct deposit through your Managed Missions Public Profile account
2. Sending a check to the Global Missions Department at Church of the King – please note ALL CHECKS must be written out to Church of the King, with the name of the trip in the memo and not have the team member’s name anywhere on the check. A sticky note with the team member’s name may be included to specify a deposit account.
3. Smaller amounts of cash may be brought to the Church Office or Global Missions Department for deposit.

We begin making financial commitments for airfare and ground accommodations as soon as we receive your application fee. Therefore, if you drop out of the trip, the application fee and any other payments are non-refundable. Trip funds are non-transferable to other trips.
